Is Sociveda available across India?
Yes! Since all consultations happen online via secure video or audio call, Sociveda is accessible from any state or city across India.
Do I need to download any app?
No. Sociveda consultations happen entirely in your browser — on desktop or mobile. There is no separate app to download.
Consultations
How do online consultations work?
It's simple. Browse our doctor directory, select a doctor, and book a time slot. On the day of your appointment, click the secure link we send to your email. After the consultation, your prescription is issued digitally and saved to your account automatically.
How long is a typical consultation?
A first consultation is typically 45–60 minutes, as the doctor needs to understand your complete health history. Follow-up sessions are usually shorter, around 20–30 minutes.
Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel an appointment up to 6 hours before the scheduled time with no charge.
What if I need emergency care?
Sociveda is designed for non-emergency, ongoing, and preventive homeopathic care. In a medical emergency, please contact your nearest hospital or call 112 immediately.
Doctors & Verification
Are all doctors on Sociveda verified?
- Every doctor submits their medical license and state council registration number.
- Our team manually verifies each document before the doctor is allowed to see patients.
- Doctors must maintain a minimum patient rating to remain active on the platform.
- All doctors hold a BHMS degree from a recognised institution.
How do I choose the right doctor?
You can filter doctors by specialty, by language, and by availability. Each doctor profile includes their qualifications, experience, and reviews.
Privacy & Security
Is my medical data secure?
Yes. All records, prescriptions, and consultations are end-to-end encrypted. Only you and your treating doctor can access your health history. We never share your data with third parties.
Are my video consultations recorded?
No. Video and audio consultations are never recorded. They happen over a secure, private channel and are not saved on our servers.
Prescriptions
Do I receive a prescription after each consultation?
Yes. Your doctor will issue a detailed digital prescription at the end of every consultation. It is automatically saved to your dashboard.
Where can I buy the prescribed medicines?
Homeopathic medicines are available at most local homeopathy pharmacies, as well as online stores like 1mg, Netmeds, and dedicated homeopathy retailers.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), debit and credit cards, and net banking.
What is the refund policy?
If you cancel your appointment more than 6 hours in advance, you receive a full refund. If a doctor cancels, you receive a 100% refund.
